This is great news, I was thrilled to see some of my favorite authors on this list and look forward to buying releases from authors who are new to me. There’s something special about Florida mysteries. I did a piece for NPR on three south Florida mysteries written by south Florida authors.(Brian Antoni, the late Barbara Parker and Caridad Pineiro) Mary Kennedy http://www.marykennedy.net DEAD AIR, (Penguin, Jan 5, 2010) The Talk Radio Mysteries, set in south Florida
Very happy to see Carolyn Hart’s GHOST AT WORK on the list. It’s absolutely delightful, I reviewed it along with MERRY, MERRY GHOST. I’m a huge fan of her work, her plots are so intricately woven and her characters are wonderful. Whenever I finish a Carolyn Hart novel, I can’t wait to read the next one in the series.
Well there you go! Michael Connelly gets first place. He probably deserves it ( great book), but it’s nice to be in second. Good company.
