Hi Guys, I’m Looking For Support!
Two fellow skydivers and myself have just been shortlisted as finalists in the following photo/poem contest.
Last winter I entered a photo & poem into the Rachel Carson Contest.
This lady is considered to be the driving force who started the environmental movement in America some time ago with her 1962 book Silent Spring. Now the Environmental Protection Agency hosts this annual contest named after another of her books, The Sense of Wonder. Entry criteria include intergenerational participation and the message had to speak to the sense of wonder.
My hope is that winning in our category may help promote the life work of this woman. Online voting between now and Oct. 1 will determine the winning team!

Voting has now ended but visit SouthFloridaAdventures.com soon for the results.
